You can reach Bippsi support through the contact page or by emailing support directly from the Help Center.

Creating Your First Product — Help Center

Products are what your customers buy licenses for (e.g., an indicator, a strategy, a plugin).

Go to License Ninja → Products
Click "Add Product" and enter a name and description
A unique product code (like LN_A3F2B1) is auto-generated
Add pricing plans under the product (monthly, yearly, lifetime, etc.)
Use the product code in your validation API calls
