1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Bippsi account, organization, agent, device, API client, website, mailbox, domain, file, listing, signature request, Commerce transaction, and connected integration. It supplements the Bippsi Terms of Use.
2. Lawful and Honest Use
- Provide accurate account, identity, business, tax, domain, and payout information.
- Use Bippsi only where you have authority and a lawful purpose.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer, employment, sanctions, export, accessibility, and industry rules.
- Do not impersonate another person or entity, conceal beneficial ownership, or misrepresent goods, services, results, certifications, or affiliations.
3. Security and Platform Integrity
- Do not probe, exploit, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with Bippsi or another user's resources except within an expressly authorized security program.
- Do not share credentials, secret keys, recovery material, signature links, or device enrollment tokens outside their authorized audience.
- Do not evade quotas, fees, verification, account-context boundaries, moderation, risk controls, or feature gates by creating accounts, splitting transactions, or altering requests.
- Do not upload malware, credential harvesters, destructive code, hidden miners, or content designed to manipulate an AI or administrator into exposing protected data.
4. Restricted Commerce
You may not use Bippsi for illegal goods or services, sanctions evasion, deceptive or predatory practices, trafficking, exploitation, weapons prohibited by law or provider policy, unlicensed regulated activity, counterfeit goods, stolen property, fraudulent fundraising, payment laundering, or any business our providers prohibit. Additional review or a documented exception may be required for elevated-risk categories.
5. Content, Mail, Sites, and Domains
- Do not send spam, phishing, harassment, threats, unlawful surveillance, or non-consensual intimate material.
- Do not use disposable Mail to defeat abuse controls or maintain persistent illicit access.
- Do not publish a Site or connect a domain you do not control.
- Raw HTML, repository builds, and external deployment connectors remain disabled unless Bippsi explicitly authorizes the account and the isolated build and security requirements pass.
6. AI, Agents, and Automation
Agents and automated clients must operate within their granted account context, scopes, budgets, confirmation rules, and revocation state. Operators remain responsible for automated actions. Untrusted tool, web, file, sensor, and third-party content must not be promoted into executable guidance without the required controls.
7. Signatures and Legal Records
Do not forge signatures, misstate signer authority, tamper with completed records, route requests to deceptive recipients, or use Bippsi Sign for unlawful or unenforceable activity. You are responsible for selecting appropriate signers, disclosures, witnesses, and legal review.
8. Enforcement
Bippsi may block content or transactions, restrict capabilities, require verification or remediation, suspend services, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct, or terminate access. Customer funds and creator earnings are not automatically forfeited. Holds, refunds, disputes, debts, sanctions, legal process, and unclaimed-property obligations are handled under the applicable immutable value and lifecycle records.
9. Reporting
Report suspected abuse through bippsi.com/contact. Include identifiers and evidence, but do not send passwords, private keys, complete payment data, or unnecessary personal information.
