Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026 · Version 2.1
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs your use of the Bippsi platform, including the agent monetization system, Bip credits, the A.I. Certified scanner and its WordPress and generic plugins, the MCP server at /api/v1/mcp, connected apps (License Ninja, Strategy Ninja, Social Ninja), and every related service operated by Big App Studio LLC ("Bippsi", "we").
This AUP is part of, and supplements, our Bippsi Terms of Use, which is the single agreement covering all Bippsi services (A.I. Certified, A.I. Lock, A.I. Key). Where any policy conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This AUP applies to everyone who interacts with Bippsi, in any of the following capacities:
- Site owners who register sites for A.I. Certified scanning, install the plugin, or enable agent monetization through the Partner program.
- Agent operators (individuals and businesses building AI agents) who purchase Bips, spend them on Bippsi-connected sites, or consume the MCP server.
- App subscribers using any of the software tools available through Bippsi.
- Anonymous visitors browsing public Bippsi pages, the AI Certified directory, and related surfaces.
2. General Conduct
You agree to use Bippsi lawfully and in good faith. Specifically:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in every jurisdiction you operate in.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your credentials — you are responsible for every action taken under your account, including by your AI agents.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, business, or the content you publish.
- Respect other users, Bippsi staff, and the integrity of the platform.
3. Restricted Businesses and Content
Bippsi does not serve businesses engaged in the categories listed in Section 4.4 of the Bippsi Terms of Use, which is incorporated here by reference. Those categories include, in summary:
- Adult content, pornography, and sexual services
- Gambling, betting, and prize-based contests
- Illegal products, controlled substances, and weapons
- Hate, extremism, and incitement
- Regulated financial services operated without proper licensing
- Regulated healthcare, pharmacies, and pseudo-pharmaceuticals
- Tobacco, vaping, and related products
- Intellectual-property violations and counterfeit goods
- Deceptive, predatory, pyramid, and "get rich quick" schemes
- Data, privacy, and AI misuse (scraping, deepfakes, non-consensual imagery)
- Sanctioned jurisdictions, persons, and entities
- Other restricted categories — airlines and cruises, timeshares, free-trial abuse, retail scalping
Blanket discretion. Beyond the listed categories, Bippsi retains absolute and unreviewable discretion to decline, suspend, or terminate service for any business or user whose conduct we judge — at our sole discretion — to be risky, unlawful, questionable, reputationally harmful, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform. This discretion applies whether or not the business falls within an enumerated category and whether or not we give a reason.
See Bippsi Terms of Use §4.4 for the full enumeration, including the scope and examples for each category.
4. Platform Abuse
The following are always prohibited:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, sites, or data.
- Circumventing security measures, rate limits, paywalls, access controls, or identity checks.
- Denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, or any activity that impairs platform availability.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Bippsi code beyond what applicable law permits.
- Scraping or bulk-extracting data from Bippsi outside of the documented APIs and MCP tools.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass bans, rate limits, pricing tiers, or purchase-unlock gates.
- Interfering with other users' agents, sites, Bip balances, or verification records.
5. Partner Conduct (Sites Monetizing Agents)
If you operate a site enrolled in the Bippsi monetization program, the following rules apply in addition to everything above:
5.1 Credential Integrity (ToS §4.3)
- Bippsi credentials (site keys, HMAC tokens,
data-bippsivalues, plugin API keys) are licensed for use only on the specific domain(s) you registered in your Bippsi account. - Do not copy credentials onto additional domains, subdomains, or staging environments not registered in the admin.
- Changing the domain of a monetized site requires updating the Bippsi registration. Moving credentials via DNS or reverse proxy without updating the registration is unauthorized use.
- Bippsi may verify request origins, TLS fingerprints, and referrer headers. Three domain-mismatch incidents within 24 hours auto-suspends the site pending review.
5.2 Per-Interaction Price Cap (ToS §4.9)
- No single priced element may charge more than 125 Bips per interaction without an approved exception.
- Evading the cap by chunking a single transaction into multiple priced elements is a material breach.
- If you have a legitimate need for a higher cap (premium API with real per-call cost, high-value metered downloads), you may request an exception in the monetization admin. Approval is at Bippsi's sole discretion.
5.3 Pricing Stability (ToS §4.11)
- Any price you publish in the unified manifest,
agents.json, or the Bippsi pricing API must be honored for at least 24 hours after publication. - Silent mid-session price increases are a material breach and may forfeit pending payouts.
5.4 Content Integrity
- The content behind a priced element must be the content you represented during site registration and attestation. Switching the content to something from a restricted category after registration is a material breach.
- Bippsi may re-scan your site periodically to check for drift from the attested content. Newly detected restricted content is flagged for admin review and may be grounds for suspension.
5.5 Bippsi Platform Rights
- Participating in the Agent Initiative grants Bippsi the crawling, caching, metadata extraction, preview surfacing, embedding generation, research, analytics, and machine-learning rights described in Bippsi Terms of Use §3.5 (Bippsi Platform Rights) and §6 (Intellectual Property and Bippsi Platform Rights). These rights are a core feature of the program, not separately opt-in or opt-out while you remain an active Partner.
- Attempting to block, frustrate, or selectively degrade Bippsi's crawlers, directory fetchers, or discovery infrastructure — whether via
robots.txt, User-Agent filtering, CAPTCHAs, rate limiting targeting Bippsi, or any other mechanism — while continuing to accrue Creator Earnings is a material breach under Bippsi Terms of Use §4.5 (Continuous Compliance) and §4.4.14 (Liquidated damages). - You may still enforce paywalls on priced elements against agent consumers (that is the purpose of the Bippsi plugin). What you may not do is block Bippsi itself from operating the directory, search, and discovery surfaces that drive paying agents to your site.
6. Agent Conduct (Users Buying and Spending Bips)
If you purchase Bips or spend them on Bippsi-connected sites, whether through the MCP server or direct API, the following apply in addition to the general platform rules. See the Agent Use Policy for the detailed agent-side rules.
- Do not use Bippsi to bypass paywalls, licensing, authentication, or anti-bot controls on sites that have not opted into the Bippsi program.
- Do not initiate chargebacks on Bip purchases you intended to make. All Bip purchases are final, and chargebacks without a legitimate dispute basis are fraud.
- Do not resell, transfer, or broker Bippsi credentials or Bip balances to other users.
- Do not operate multiple accounts to abuse the first-purchase unlock gate, tier limits, or promotional offers.
- Respect
robots.txt, paywall responses, and the published pricing of connected sites. Bippsi is not a bypass tool.
7. Prohibited Content (Publishing and Storage)
You may not use any Bippsi service — including the apps available through Bippsi and the content served behind Bippsi-monetized paywalls — to create, store, transmit, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code.
- Infringes intellectual property rights — copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret — of any party.
- Discloses personal or private information of others without their consent.
- Sexually exploits minors or depicts any form of child sexual abuse material.
- Constitutes phishing, social engineering, or impersonation of real people or organizations.
- Promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, mass harm, or self-harm.
- Violates the terms of any third-party platform your Bippsi integration interacts with.
For copyright complaints and counter-notices, see the Bippsi DMCA Policy.
8. App-Specific Rules
8.1 Social Ninja
- No spam, mass-follow, mass-like, or inauthentic amplification behavior.
- No impersonation of other individuals or organizations on target platforms.
- Content you schedule through Social Ninja must comply with the target platform's terms (Bluesky, X, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- We are not responsible for actions taken against your accounts by third-party platforms as a result of what you publish.
8.2 License Ninja
- Distribute license keys only for software you own or are authorized to distribute.
- Do not use the licensing system to distribute malware, unauthorized code, or content in violation of this AUP.
- Do not generate fraudulent validation requests or simulate usage you did not perform.
8.3 A.I. Certified Scanner and Plugins
- Scan only sites you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to scan.
- Do not use the scanner as a bulk discovery tool against third-party sites.
- Plugin credentials are site-bound per Bippsi Terms of Use §4.3 (Single-Site Use and Credential Integrity).
8.4 MCP Server and APIs
- Use your own API keys. Do not share, publish, or sell credentials.
- Respect documented rate limits. Exceeding them may trigger throttling or suspension.
- Do not use the MCP server to probe, enumerate, or exfiltrate data about other users.
9. Resource Usage
- Do not upload files sized to consume storage disproportionately relative to your usage plan.
- Do not schedule abusive volumes of posts, scans, or API calls designed to overwhelm processing.
- We reserve the right to enforce fair-usage limits and will notify you if your usage materially impacts other users.
10. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
When you use Bippsi to interact with third-party platforms, comply with those platforms' terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines. Bippsi is not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against you for content or activity conducted through our service.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this AUP, report it via our contact form. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. If the violation involves an urgent safety concern or ongoing harm, mark the form subject as "Urgent" and we will prioritize it.
12. Enforcement
Bippsi may take any of the following actions in response to violations, with or without prior notice and in any order, depending on the severity and duration of the violation:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action within a stated timeframe.
- Remove or disable offending content, priced elements, manifests, or published artifacts.
- Suspend the offending account, API keys, plugin credentials, or site registration pending investigation.
- Terminate the account permanently, including forfeiture of all Bips and funds attributable to the breaching slot as liquidated damages per Bippsi Terms of Use §4.4.14, with account-level consequences governed by §1.4.
- Retain account data, transaction records, IP logs, submitted documents, and signed contracts indefinitely for evidence and compliance purposes, notwithstanding any deletion request.
- Report the violation to law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, payment networks, and counterparties harmed by the conduct.
Bippsi's determination of whether a violation has occurred, and of the appropriate response, is final. Bippsi Terms of Use §4.4.14, §4.5 (Continuous Compliance), and §5 (A.I. Key — Wallet, Sandbox, End-User Use Scope) describe the additional consequences specific to monetization and Bip purchases.
13. Changes to This Policy and Continued Use
We may update this AUP at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting Partner conduct or Agent conduct will be communicated via email to your registered account address at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
Continued use of Bippsi — including maintaining any active Partner Site, consuming the MCP server, accruing or spending Bips, or otherwise benefiting from Bippsi infrastructure — constitutes ongoing acceptance of this AUP as it exists at the time of use, together with any modifications and successor versions, and the referenced agreements and policies (Bippsi Terms of Use, Agent Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy), each as amended from time to time. This is a material term: you cannot continue to accept the benefits of the Service while disclaiming obligations under the then-current AUP. Your remedy if you disagree with a change is to stop using Bippsi.
