Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Bippsi platform and all applications available through it. This policy is part of and supplements our Terms of Service. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. General Conduct
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, patents)
- Contains personal or private information of others without their consent (doxxing)
- Is sexually explicit or involves the exploitation of minors
- Constitutes phishing, fraud, or social engineering attacks
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Violates the terms of service of any third-party platform you publish to
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Using the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
- Scraping or bulk-extracting data from the Service outside of provided APIs
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or pricing
3.2 Social Media Abuse (Social Ninja)
- Posting spam or unsolicited promotional content at scale
- Automated mass-following, mass-liking, or engagement manipulation
- Impersonating other individuals or organizations
- Circumventing platform bans or restrictions by connecting alternative accounts
- Posting content that violates the terms of service of the target platform (e.g., X/Twitter, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram)
- Using the Service to coordinate inauthentic behavior or artificial amplification
3.3 License Ninja Abuse
- Distributing license keys for software you do not own or have the right to distribute
- Using the licensing system to distribute malware or unauthorized software
- Generating fraudulent license validation requests
3.4 API Abuse
- Exceeding reasonable API rate limits
- Using the API in ways that degrade performance for other users
- Sharing or exposing API credentials publicly
4. Resource Usage
- Do not upload excessively large files designed to consume storage disproportionately
- Do not schedule an unreasonable volume of posts designed to overwhelm the publishing system
- We reserve the right to implement fair usage limits and will notify you if your usage is impacting other users
5. Compliance with Third-Party Terms
When using the Service to interact with third-party platforms, you must comply with those platforms' terms of service, developer policies, and community guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:
- Bluesky community guidelines and AT Protocol terms
- X/Twitter Terms of Service and developer agreement
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads) Terms of Service and Platform Policy
- Any other platform you connect through the Service
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts as a result of content you publish.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Removing or disabling offending content
- Temporarily suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
