Bippsi respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy applies to Bippsi, Bippsi Sites, hosted customer pages, app content, files, software, media, and other material stored or made available through Bippsi services.

DMCA Notification Format
A copyright notice should include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the URL or other information reasonably sufficient for Bippsi to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-Notification Format
If material you posted was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, to an appropriate United States federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notice or their agent.
Repeat-Infringer Policy
Bippsi may suspend or terminate accounts, hosted sites, domains, resources, monetization slots, or related services for repeat infringement. Three or more valid infringement notices within a twelve-month period may result in account suspension or termination.
False Notices
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability and may result in Bippsi account restrictions. This page is not legal advice.
